At Groen Thuis Winkel, we take pride in delivering your green companions and gardening essentials with care and efficiency. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (€12.95 shipping fee) – Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over €50) – Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy
- You may return products within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when delivered
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature or for hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Irrigation systems (if opened or used)
- Pesticides (including animal pesticides)
- Soil conditioners (opened packages)
- Live plants (Aglaeonema, Alocasia, Anthurium, Calathea, Dieffenbachia, Dracaena, etc.) – unless they arrive damaged or dead
Return Process
- Submit Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send return instructions
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and send it to our return address
- Inspection: We’ll inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt
- Refund/Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Amounts are refunded to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Take photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt
- Email the photos with your order number to [email protected]
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs
Special Note for Plant Lovers: For live plants that arrive damaged or dead, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the plant in its original packaging.
